Iceland Glacier Hike and Ice Caves

Some more photos from a Glacier hike and Ice Cave exploration on the Breidamerkurjokull glacier. It’s amazing to walk across a glacier surface where the ice is transparent and we could see many feet into the glacier ice. This was a seven hour hike and cave exploration. These caves change every year and are formed by melt water running off the glacier in the summer months.
